Overview

Pinglo is a lost-and-found app operated by ASK FOR TASK LTD. Public feed posts do not include real user photos. Claims and return communication happen through in-app chat and verification flows.

Data We Process

• Account data: name, email, preferred language, sign-in provider.
• User content: reports, item details, chat messages, safety reports.
• Optional private proof photos: available only after claim verification.
• Approximate location text and optional map coordinates provided in reports.

Private Proof Photos

Public posts do not include real photos. After a claim is initiated and verified, matched users may optionally share a private proof photo visible only to matched users (and moderators if required for safety). Proof photos are deleted automatically 30 days after an item is marked returned. Chat text and system safety logs may remain for safety, dispute handling, and product quality.

Safety and Moderation

Users can report content and block users in chat. Safety reports may be reviewed to investigate abuse, fraud, or harassment.

Your Controls

• In-app local data deletion is available in Account Settings.
• You can sign out at any time.
• You can avoid sharing optional proof photos.
